Delivery Partners
All Muncha orders are fulfilled through EasyParcel, partnering with trusted couriers like J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL eCommerce, and SPX Express.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your delivery location.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only — including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. International delivery is coming soon! Subscribe to our newsletter for updates!
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Track your parcel using the tracking number in your confirmation message, or visit easyparcel.com/my/en/track.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us within 7 days at connect@getmuncha.com, and we’ll assist with the courier follow-up.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at connect@getmuncha.com
